摘 要：描述了殼牌氣化爐渣層的形成及其對(duì)氣化爐水冷壁的保護(hù)作用；分析了渣鎖斗堵渣的原因；從氧碳比和水碳比控制、助溶劑添加、配煤等方面簡(jiǎn)述了控制渣平衡的技術(shù)手段。

Trying to Discussion on Control of Balance of Sludgein Shell Gasifier

Abstract：Author has described the formation of sludge layer in Shell gasifier and its protecting function for the water cooling wall of gasifier；has analyzed the reason of sludge blockage in the sluice hopper；has also briefly described the technical measures for controlling the sludge balance from aspects of controlling oxygen/carbon ratio and water /carbon ration，adding flux and coal proportion distribution etc.
