摘 要：針對(duì)某30萬(wàn)t／a合成氨、30萬(wàn)t／a甲醇項(xiàng)目的多元料漿氣化裝置2011年10月試運(yùn)行以來(lái)存在的停車(chē)、跳車(chē)、泄漏等問(wèn)題，采取了改進(jìn)燒嘴尺寸、改造制漿系統(tǒng)、改造撈渣機(jī)等一系列優(yōu)化措施，提出了尚待解決的問(wèn)題以及進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化改造的建議。結(jié)果表明，經(jīng)過(guò)一年的試運(yùn)行和改造，裝置已達(dá)到滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行，合成氣中有效氣含量大于75％，氣化殘?zhí)冀档椭?0％以下，各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)值。
